I want to be a scientist and an astronaut. I will try my best to get into isro. So after how many years of being scientist can one go to nasa?

To join ISRO : min requirement as per latest notification is u need to be an engineer with avg of 65% marks in all semesters.The applied candidates are then screened thru written test and interview.

you must possess experience of atleast 10 years in space research organization for applying into the NASA.

you must have Ph.D. degree.And then you can enroll in NASA as a scientist.you can join NASA just after doing Bachelor`s degree.However there is no need to have experienced but experienced persons will be preferred.Only your skills will be counted.thanks

In order to join NASA you should be a American national and you should possess a minimum qualification of PhD in Astronomy.

Getting into NASA is a dream of many and its not an easy task.

If you do some good research work in Astronomy and able to bring out new things out then you would have a good chance to join NASA.

In order to turn your dream a reality its better you should possess a Masters and Doctorate degree from US top universities.

what course do after 12 to become a space scientist

first of all try to get entry in ISRO if you get a chance to be apart of ISRO

then after working there for years you can move to NASA but your performance

should be more and it may happen that you will have to clear a test to get entry

in the NASA..........
