Important Tips-
Secured minimum of 60%-70% marks to get a seat in the Top most Software companies.
For any information related to jobs in the Software companies,visit your nearby Books Market.
you can also send Resume into their official site of that companies in which you are intrested for getting jobs.
when a company see your Resume then they are send you a Interview Letter into your Email ID.
so be focused for Interview.

Each company has its own criteria, but these are most common requirements :

- Marks in 10th and 12th (you should have more than 75%)
- Marks in graduation (generally 60%)
- written exam and interview.

In written exam, you have simple technicals question related to coding and algorithm. Also, there will be some questions related to aptitude and general ability.

In, interview, you will be asked HR questions and some basic question about programming languages like C/C++/JAVA.
Make sure, you know atleast one language properly.

The recruitment to Software Companies are done on basis of performance of a candidate in different stages of tests conducted by companies like:

1. Aptitude Round.

2. Technical Interview.

3. Human Resource Interview.

When there are large number of candidates, companies go for Group Discussion which is basically elimination round to filter out the best candidates for next rounds. You must have good knowledge of technical subjects for HR interview. In HR interview, your overall personality is assessed.
