In case you have submitted the online application form and now willing to change certain details, it is not possible to do so. Therefore, in such case, it is advisable to re-fill your application form for AIPMT, get a new confirmation page and send it to Central Board of Secondary Education-CBSE.

However, it is quite possible that later, the facility to correct the online application form could be available but I can not assure you as there has not been any official announcement regarding that. So, It would be better if you do as it has been mentioned above.
Apart from this, you may also consult AIPMT officials for the same.
