By mistake I had gave my caste as OBC in GATE application form, but i belong to OC category.....WILL I GET ANY PROBLEM IN FUTURE??? PLZ SUGGEST ME SOLUTION........

once you send the form you can't change it,
do one thing try to ask required authority using telephonic conversation

u can't change once u applied...please contact the authority person...

Cast certificate is the permanent one you can't change any where.If you do miss use of cast certificate illegally then you will have a police case be carefull of certificates.
So you can't change cast certificate in GATE.Not only gate you can't change any where.

i am pursuing B.tech and it is my final year, i have filled up the application form for gate 2014. My caste is OBC and i filled General, then i searched to find help and i contacted to helpline number. which i found from the below website

the man who picked up phone said me that if i havent sent the form, i must attach an OBC certificate with an application having your problem written in it, the application should be in favor of corresponding Gate office. Like if the application will be sending to iit delhi then it must be in favor of it. Thanks

Sir,I belongs to NT caste and there is no option of NT caste while selecting the caste in the application form, there is only four options (OPEN,OBC,SC&ST).what I do.
