You can do your B.sc hons from IGNOU by distance learning course where you can take it as a Major subject.

Here are the detail for it:

>>You can do it for a year of 3-6 years for what ever time you are free.

>>The tuition fee for this just cost around Rs. 2,800 with no age bar.

The program structure consists of

96 credits for the B. Sc. Programme in which there are three categories of Courses as given below:

Foundation Courses -24 Credits

Elective Courses - 56 to 64 Credits

Application- Oriented Courses- 8 to 16 Credits

Awareness Course on Environment -Nil

I did not passed out civil engineering diploma from gujarat technical examination board, but I have passed physics, chemistry and maths subject in diploma. And also I did not passed 12th. So, can get admission for bsc physics ignou.
