The admission in Master of Engineering is given on basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering rank card. Different colleges of Mumbai university accept GATE rank card for admission in Master of Engineering. GATE qualified candidates are eligible for receiving stipend for pursuing Master of Engineering.

The eligibility criteria for Master of Engineering is that candidate must have done Bachelor of technology or engineering from a recognized university. Final year candidates of bachelor's degree can also apply for GATE exam. Notification for GATE examination will be released in September for 2017 examination. After that you can apply for this exam at official website.
