Candidates need to complete their B.TECH without any backlog during the time of applying. Minimum percentage should be 50 percent for admission. There are universities who offer part time options for M.Tech:

Indira gandhi national open university

Sikkim manipal university

Amity university

Lovely professional University

Maharishi Dayanand University
Kurukshetra university

Guru gobind singh university
