as i completed my diploma in mechanical engineering in tamilnadu now i need a par time engineering college in any government affiliated university.

It is very good decision on your part time degree course study further.
There are many universities are there ,which run part time degree course.Distance learning is also very good option for you.
Many universities like,
Sikkim-manipal university,
Dr.Ambedkar university offers such kind of distance learning course.

For part time course universities like,
Gujarat university,Veer narmad south gujarat university runs such kind of part time course,you can try there.
Here you have not mentioned your place of living ,otherwise I could suggest you the universities near your place ,just apply in above universities if possible and go head.
