i am persuing M.tech electrical and in 2nd year just entered, i want to do Phd and interested in knowing about the scholarship with or without gate . In case , what are the chances for getting admission in phd with scholarship even if i do not qualify for gate ,specially in nits and iits . i have 5 years working experience in ABB
