i want to ph.d in CSE in a Deemed University of AP,it is approved by AICTE,but is it validated in future?

Deemed Universities which are located in Andhra Pradesh. For admission in Ph.D degree candidate must have passed M.Tech/M.Phil degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized university.The minimum marks require for Ph.D degree in your Master degree is 55%. 50% in the case of candidate belonging to reserved category.Also you need to appear in entrance exam to get admission in Ph.D in CSE in a Deemed university of AP.
