Is there any kind of university who doesn't take entrance test for PHD programme in CSE or IT??? If yes then kindly reply asap.

For getting admission in Ph.D without entrance exam, you must have any one of the following qualification along with your Master's Degree in relevant discipline with at least 55% marks from a recognized University.

1. NET/SET/GATE score

2. M.Phil qualification in the relevant discipline

3. Professional Experience of at least 5 years in the relevant discipline

4. Fellowships in relevant discipline

Hence, if you fulfill any one of the above criteria, then you can apply for direct Ph.D admission in any University without any entrance exam.
