It is not possible to download the Hall Ticket/Admit Card without having the registration number of GATE.
Since you have lost the registration number , you should consult GATE officials to guide you for the same.
The contact details of the GATE officials can be obtained fro the official website of GATE.

GATE is the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

The Registration dates for the GATE 2012 has been closed and so now the Admit cards would be available very soon.

For that you would need your GATE Application Number.

If you have lost your GATE Application Number, then what I would suggest you to try is you must have your login Username and Password.

Login to the GATE Website using that, and try to obtain a duplicate copy of your Application.

If not, then try to visit the nearest GATE Head office and contact there for your duplicate Application.

But I am very sure that once you login, you would surely be able to access the present status of your application and hence find your Application Number.

NOTE :: You may also download the Admit Cards by Clicking on the Application Status Button on the website.
They have been released since 5th January 2012.

Hello Dear,

to get your Hall ticket simply go to-
http://gate.iitm.ac.in/gate2012/

and then click on the your zone of GATE

after clicking simply on zonal website click on GATE 2012 Admit card

anfter filling the application form number you can simply download your GATE Hall ticket.

Dear Friend

As you said that you lost your registration number of GATE exam. Then obviously without Registration Number it is not possible to get GATE Admit Card.


Ok...Just try your User ID that you create during registration for GATE Exam. Open admit card download page here enter your User ID in the place of Registration number.To download admit cad Click Here

If it doesn't help. Then immediately Contact to your GATE head office via E-mail or Phone number of examination department.

GATE- GRADUATE APTIUDE TEST IN ENGINEERING is a test conducted by IIT for admission to post graduation M.Tech courses in IITs and NITs.The GATE scoring also helps those who want to be recruited in Public Sector Undertakings.

The hall ticket of GATE can be down loaded by logging in the official web site of GATE i.e. www.iitk.ac.in/gate2012

After this go to your zone of GATE and by clicking on the GATE 2012 admit card and submitting the application number thereby, the Admit Card can be down loaded.

If you have lost your application number then you should not be worried as the admit card will be sent to your registered address if you have submitted the application for GATE properly.
