i have applied for GATE exam through online ,when i will get my hall ticket and my discipline is b-tech IT

you should get the hall ticket by 30th of january 2011.if not u have to contact the centre where you got the application...

And If You Dont get Your Admit Card And You Have Missed the Chance, Then Dont Worry Apply for GATE Exams Next Time.

GATE Online Examination Was Completed On - 30-01-2011 And Offline Examination Are Completed On 13-02-2011.

So, If You Dont Appear In the Exams, Then Please Apply for GATE Exams Next Time.

Whenever You Face The Problem Regarding Admit Card, Then In Such Case Please Immediately Contact to the Concerned Departmet, So That They Will help You Or Issue You A Dublicate Admit Card To Appear in GATE Exams.

sorry dear the gate online exam has already finished on 30th Jan 2011 so you have missed the chance for this year so wait till next year.The gate result for this year announced on 15th March at 10:00 Hrs.

What should I do if I lost or did not receive my admit card sent by you?

Answers from Gate official on their own word:-

In case you do not have a valid Admit Card for reasons beyond your control (e.g. delay in receipt, loss during transit by post, change of address etc.), take a print out of your registration number and centre details from GATE 2011 website and show it at the test center along with atleast one original (not photocopied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo identification. Any of the following photo identification ONLY is permitted: Driver's license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, College ID, Employee identification card, or a notarized Affidavit, with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address. Photocopies of the original identification document are not acceptable. Candidates will not be permitted to take the test if original and valid photo identification is not presented.

and Enter Application Number (7 digits) which you must have noted down while you were applying and this will show you status.......but GATE Online exam was completed On - 30-01-2011 and offline Completed On 13-02-2011.

this is common information for you that if you doesn't receive your admit card on time , contact or them immediatly on the given number of the website

the GATE exam admit card received by all candidates before the 31st january for offline exam.
and for online exam this date is 15th january.

Hello Dear,
As you gate exam as already passed over.
Admit cards are generally recieved till the end of Jan.
So, now you are only left with the option of appearing next time.
Otherwise you may apply in BIT, DTU, VIT , NSIT in which admission are yet to happen.
