How to get admission for automobile engineering after scoring 41000 rank in SRMEE?


sir, i have got 41ooo rank in srmeee 2013 and 13000 rank in manipaluniversity.
where can i get admission for automobile engineering (preferred) or any other branch . please help me to make a decision. i want manipal karnataka campu and for srm the one at chennai. thanx
