I have cleared my B COM in 2012-13 with 79.8% and applied in NATIONAL COLLAGE BANDRA for 3 yr llb course but as cut off was 82% i did not get admission and as of now all law collage closed admission , Please advise me how can i get admission in another collage in MUMBAI

I am 32 years of age and am I entitled to get admission in any recognised university. 3 years LLB regular course.As there is ruling from Bar Council of India that no one is entitled to get admission above 30 years of age?
