how to join full term apprenticeship training after s.s.l.c

i am eee fresher graduate i am veryu interesting to work in my core sector. please give how to apply and how i am crack the interview process

ISRO is one of the great
institutions of our Country. The
Trainees have an opportunity
acquire knowledge on Space
research. ISRO also recruits
Engineers on permamnet basis
where the Apprentices will get
some preference.
But for training it requires eligibilty that
you should have done B.E./B.Tech in the relevant discipline with at least 65% marks from recognized university . For
commercial practice posts first
class diplomain Commerical
Practice/Modern Office Practices is
required.

Selection : The candidates will be
selected according to the merit of
the qualification . Selected
candidate will be posted for the
one year training period and will be
registered under the Apprentice Act
1961 for a period of one year.

i wanted to know is there any job conformation after completing the training
