Profile:

Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC) is the Liquid Propulsion centre for ISRO’s Launch Vehicle and Spacecraft programmes. LPSC extends it service Valiamala / Thiruvananthapuram, Mahendragiri and Bangalore. Its headquater is located at Valiamala. LPSC’s test facility is located at Mahendragiri in Tamil Nadu.

The centre of Valiamala is responsible for cryogenic propulsion and research and advancement of Earth storable. Furthermore, it is also responsible for launching of spacecrafts & vehicles, delivery of stages and engines connected with components and control systems. The administration package of COWAA software used in all ISRO centers was delivered by LPSC. Some of the major accomplishments of LPSC are Propulsion system for SPE, Liquid stage for GSLV, Liquid Rocket Stages and Control Power Plant for PSLV, Propulsion system for GEOSAT and IRS spacecrafts, and Transducer development and production.

The Mahendragiri test facility is responsible for assembly, integration & testing and propellant storage & servicing for launch vehicle engines & stages. Some of the major activities performed are CUS stage development test, qualification tests & L40, GS2/PS2 stage development, PS4 stage, etc…

Job Profile:

LPSC, ISRO invited applications for the post of Graduate Apprentice for units in Valiamala and Mahendragiri.

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification - B.E or B.Tech in respective disciplines with first class grade. First class Bachelor’s degree with diploma in library science is essential for Library Science Discipline.
