I did my 10th from West Bengal and my 12th from Maharashtra. My father is a defense personnel who is retiring in January from Maharashtra itself. How do I get a domicile from Maharashtra?

My father is in Indian Army. So, I have done my 10th class from Haryana and 12th from Rajasthan. I was born in Jharkhand. So I have My Birth certificate and Aadhar I card of Jharkhand. But my request to get a domicile certificate of Jharkhand was rejected.I need it to get admission in a medical college. What should I do

My father is in army i born Gujarat my aadhar card is in Gujarat resident but may 10th class in haryana and 11th 12th is in Gujarat I want domicile in Gujarat for medical admission
