How can we get enrance exam form of nda...please tell me the details

Hi dear..........

NDA exam is conducted through UPSC Twice in a year , There are certain eligibility criteria to appear NDA exam which are as follows.

*The candidates should be a Indian citizen.
*The candidates should be 10+2 pass from a recognize board. i.e in Science stream (PCM).
*The age limit is 16- 19.5 yrs.
* The candidates should be unmarried at the time of entrance.
