Full scholarship is being provided by many countries for those who wanted to do ms in their countries. But there will conditional requirement is that one has to learn the respective national language like German language for Germany. The countries want to expand people of their language in the world,that's why they provide full scholarship. Germany, france,Spain are some of the countries.
Moreover some countries provide full scholarship based on the merit,research work,etc., |
