The cost of the form is 1,000 which includes form and the brochure General / OBC Category ( Magenta colour ) 1,000/- ( For OMR Application Form ) SC / ST Category and All Female Candidate ( Orange colour ) 500/- ( For OMR Application Form ) Completed UPTU SEE application form ( OMR Type ) duly filled must reach the following address : The Registrar, ( UPSEE 2012) , Gautam Buddh Technical University, I.E.T. Campus, Sitapur Road, Lucknow – 226 021. The last date of the application form was 24th March, 2012 upto 5.00 P.M. by Speed Post / Registered Post. |
