How to get a job in Microsoft? I am a B.Tech IT 2nd year


I'm doing my b.tech IT 2nd year I really want to get a job in Microsoft as soon as I complete my course ... I would like to know on wat all aspects they assess me? Or what all should I do to get a job there ? Plz reply me ASAP !!
