how to get minority scholorship, please help the procedure?..please tell me

Indian government helped minority students by giving them scholarship.
The conditions for the minority scholarship:
1. Applicant must get 50% number on his previous exam.
2. The annual income not more that 12,000 per month.

The new season scholarship will published on every year between June to July. One can download the application from from the govt's 'Maniority afffears' website. The application from will send by postal.
The minority scholarship is also provide state wise.
