how to get your registeration done in delhi dental council of india.......plese tell me how can it be done

To get registration, first you should have the domicile proof of residing in Delhi, boards certificates of 10th pass, 12th pass, mark sheet of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th year of having passed B.D.S from a recognized university. Also, you are required to provide degree or provisional certificate of having passed B.D.S from a recognized university. You must provide two passport sized photographs with the filing of CDE declaration form. An additional qualification of M.D.S degree is also required for the registration. You should keep an attested photocopy of the M.D.S degree certificate as well.
