Bharati Vidyapeeth University has invited applications from eligible candidates for DENPET 2013. BDS holders having completed their internship program can submit the application till January 14th 2013. Application can be submitted online through the portal of the University after paying an application fee of Rs. 2,200/-.

Eligibility Criteria for DENPET 2013

Only Indian nationals are eligible for DENPET. They should have completed BDS course from any of the Dental Colleges recognized by Dental Council of India. Also eligible candidate must have completed their 1 year internship program before the end of April 2013. Certificate of completion of one year internship program must be submitted at the time of joining. Another important document to be submitted at the time of joining is a permanent registration certificate. Registration certificate must be obtained from any State Dental Council or Dental Council of India.

Test Structure for DENPET 2013

Written test comprises of 200 multiple choice questions. Each of these questions carries 3 marks to make a total of 600 marks. No marks will be deducted for unanswered questions and wrong answers. Total time allotted for the completion of the test is 3 hours. Questions will be based on the syllabus of BDS course and more weightage will be given for topics on clinical subjects. One needs to score at least 50% marks in the written test to qualify.

Application Procedure for DENPET 2013

Application process starts with the payment of application fees. Application fee amounts to Rs. 2200/- and this can be paid in the form of demand draft or via net banking facility. DD should be taken from any of the nationalized University in favor of ‘The registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University’ and must be payable at Pune also.

After fee payment, one can move ahead with the on line registration process. In the online registration form, there will be separate fields for filling the fee payment details, educational qualifications, personnel details and parental information. After filling the application form completely, candidate should recheck the same for verification process and then click the submit button for sending the application.

Applications received at the University office will be scrutinized and eligible candidates will be issued with the admit card. Admit card will be sent as a soft copy (via e-mail) and as a print out copy (via post).  Other than this, a print out copy of the information brochure containing all necessary details on the exam are also sent to the e-mail address of the candidate.
