i am in 12 only one year is left and now i want to crack iit jee.
i want rank under 500 so what to do..?

i got only 7 months to prepare for jee........can i get a rank under 100? if so then for how many hours should i study after school?

If you can't study at home due to personal disturbances, then it would be better for you to join coaching institutions. There you will get competition environment which would excite you to compete with other students.
Or if your economic status is strong, you can move towards Kota (Rajasthan) and join good coachings like FIIT-JEE, Resonance, Bansal Classes.
They will transform you into an IITian if you have the potential to crack IIT-JEE and other competitive exams.
Just believe in yourself and you can do unbelievable things.

You need to work in a focused way for 5-6 hours a day regularly - any thing more then this will be counter productive. Percentage marks in class XI is NO INDICATOR of your performance in IIT examination though in your 12th Board you must be in 20 percentile to qualify for IIT. Also, try new, technology driven digital learning / self-help - some good ones are Kayson, Meritnation, TopChalks (i found this to be the best amongst all), LearnNext etc.
