How to go for CS after completing LLB this year


hi... I ve completed my LLB this year & now i m thinking to go for CS. How to apply for it. What is the fee structure. And i wanted to kw whether this course would b beneficial for me in future

COMPANY SECRETARY

Qualified Company Secretaries has rich knowledge in legal, finance and management matter of the company.Company Secretary guide the company in financial,legal or management matter of the company.CS can also guide on the corporate governance,ethics etc

Law student often go for CS course after completing their Law degree as they can get very good job in corporate sector becuase of their virtue of being so knowledgeable in their area of specialization.

CS is also known as legal advisor of the company.

It is a ideal course if done with or after law course.

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY of COMPANY SECRETARY COURSE

10+2 passed any stream (art, science, commerce) or equivalent qualification from recognized board.

AS you are LAW graduate from recognized university you need not to clear the first stage of the company secretary course.

You can directly apply in Executive level.


THREE STAGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

1,FOUNDATION
Eight month programme
fee- 3600/-

2,EXECUTIVE
9 Month programme
fee - 7000/-

3,PROFESSIONAL
fee – 7750


Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december.

ICSI has 66 center all over INDIA.
It is not a regular course and can be done from anywhere in INDIA.

After doing cs can I go for LLB? If yes, then what will be the eligibility creteria.. Is it on the basis of grad marks or on the basis of my cs??

I have completed b.com with 62% marks and llb with 70% marks. Now is cs a food option? If yes Joe
