For the LLB course candidates who have cleared 12th standard can apply. So you can apply for this course. But you will loose one year. Normally admission will be the basis of entrance exam. So you need to start preparing for the same. Also check for any notifications regarding this.

No you can not eligible for LLB ,you are not fulfilling criterea .

You have two option to do LLB program .

1)You should do 5 yr LLB program after 12th .

2)You should complete your B.com than do your LLB .

I think the quoted information is a little bit wrong.
As far as i know LLB is a bachelar degree course and eligibillity is 10+2 passed.
An entrance exem are there but it is not applicable for all institute.
Through CLAT exem you can Join for LLB...

You are eligible for law course. First you should complete graduation and then apply for the LLB course. Since you have already completed one year of commerce graduation, it would only be wise to complete the course.

There are basically two ways to apply for LLB. You can do it after completing 12th standard or after completing graduation. After 12th you will have to appear for Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for admission.

You will take admission in integrated LLB course which means a bachelor course + LLB. Some of the courses are BA LLB, B.Com LLB etc. The duration of this course is 5 years.

Second way include completing your graduation and then applying for LLB. The duration of the course would be 3 years. The first way saves one year for the candidates. But since you have completed one year of B.Com, just complete the entire course and then apply for LLB.

1. Should have completed graduation.

2. At least 45 percent marks in graduation.

3. The requirement for SC/ST is 40 percent.

4. The maximum age limit is 30 years.
