As graduation is the basic qualification for IAS, you can apply for the same after B.Tech. Selection to IAS is done through CSAT, mains and interview. In mains examination, you have to select one optional subject. Selection can be done from list of subjects given under UPSC portal. The exam generally covers questions on mental ability, general science, Indian history, etc. Detailed information can be collected from UPSC portal.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
