How to join Indian RAW after(10 2 3)in any strem?form fillup,recutment.

I complete my MBA in 2010 And My age is 28 so can i join RAW

Research and Analysis Wing , is a external intelligence agency of Indian Government; You may call it ‘ A secret department ‘ . Basically it is known as RAW, one another name is, R&AW . RAW is an independent agency; It means, the agency work in its own way and it works under prime minister office . The information interchanged between PMO & RAW, are highly confidential .


It’s RAW way, that they do not give any direct recruitment notice; They select candidates either from any other department or any other recruitment process ( Few days back candidates who got selected in UPSC exam, were offered jobs in RAW ) .

Generally RAW ( Research and Analysis Wing ) does not recruit candidates directly; They recruit candidates from other government departments in India ( Armed forces, Intelligence Agencies, Police Services, Administrative Services etc. ) . Most of the personnel are from IB ( Intelligence Bureau ).

If you are thinking that only secret agents work there, then you are wrong, As RAW is a organization so there is a need of every thing just like a simple office; There is a need of clerks, stenographers, analyst, desk officer, accountants, admin officer etc.

So if you think you have it in you and still want to join RAW then you eill have to join some other government organisations and prove yourself then you may be recruited by RAW

Eligibility for the Job in the RAW :


Should be an Indian.

Should be a graduate.

Should have a age which is considerable.

Should be an defense/pubilc servant.

Should be a person who dont want any name or fame from the post.

Should be a person with no desire to earthly pleasures.So that he/she can do a great service for the nation.

This are the characteristics and the factors which can become the eligibility for working in the raw.

Note: It is a 1st level cadre post in the secret agencies.The officers information who is working are not revealed to the world.No fame and No name.
