what are the tests or exams required to join RAW???

Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is the external intelligence of India. Unlike its counterpart in the world like CIA in USA, Mossad in Israel, and ISI in Pakistan RAW is considered as a very responsible intelligence organization. Since its inception in 1968, RAW has always performed better than expectation without violating human rights of any citizen around the world.

There has never been any recruitment notification for a post in RAW. RAW takes officers and agents from other services. Hence, if you are planning to join RAW then all you need to do is to know the organization from where RAW selects its officers and agents.
