Sorry, girl candidates are not eligible for the National Defense Academy.

This exam is conducted by the UPSC twice time in a year for those candidates who want to join the Indian Defense Service.

## Candidates should have passed at least their 12th with PCM subjects.

## Age should be between 16.5 to 19 year.

## No age relaxations for any category.

## Candidates must possess nationality of India.

## Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. (Girls are strictly not eligible).

If you still want to join the Indian Defense Service then, first of all you have to complete your graduation. And then apply for the CDS (Combined Defense Service) examination which is also conducted by the UPSC.

NDA Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria

This exam will be carried out by the Union Public Service Commission. The exam will be held twice in a year.

National Defense Academy (NDA) allows only male candidates to apply for the NDA entrance exam.

If you want to join the Army wing of the NDA , you must have a pass in class 12 or its equal from any subject stream from a recognized board or university.

If you want to join the Naval Wing and the Air Force must have a pass in class 12 in science.

Age Qualification for NDA Entrance Exam

You should be an unmarried male candidate.

You must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years.

You will be given four hours to attend two papers in NDA examination. The total marks allotted for both papers is 900. You should have good knowledge in mathematics and science as well.

No, there is no possibility of join NDA. Actually, NDA Examination is only for male candidate not for female candidates. So you are not eligible to apply for NDA. As per criteria, only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Age should have minimum 16.5 years of age and maximum 19 years of age. Candidate should have a intermediate. So, there is no possibilities to enter the NDA examination.

If you still willing to join the defence service then first finish your graduation. After you are eligible to apply for CDS Examination. CDS Exam is conducted by UPSC. To apply for CDS exam, you should have a degree course. You should have a minimum 19 years and maximum 25 years of age. Don't be depressed, the opportunity ahead after completing graduation. Be confident, surely you will get admission to CDS after graduation.

Girls are not eligible to appear for National Defence Academy exam.

Girls can only join Indian Army, Air Force or Navy as an Officer after graduation.

After graduation girls can apply for CDS Entry, and through CDS Exam they can join Officer's Training Academy.

You can also join Indian Air Force Flying branch through AFCAT ( Air Force Common Admission Test ) and SSC ( Short Service Commission ).

Girls candidate can join ground staff in Indian Air Force through CET Exam.

Also Engineer Graduates girl candidates can apply for Indian Air Force Engineering Knowledge Test, after passing this test they can join technical field in Indian Air Force.

Soory you can't apply for NDA examination as it is Cleary mentioned in the NDA notification that only male unmarried Indian citizen having age between 16.5- 19 yrs and also have class 12th degree with PCM can apply for it.
The exam is conducted by UPSCtwice in a year and the selected students who qualifies the written exam has to go through the SSB procedure and then the students are then given the training from various army institutes and recruited as Lieutenant in the defeence

NDA stands for National Defense Academy. The examination is conducted by UPSC twice in a year.

Female candidates are not eligible to apply for NDA.

You can apply for few entrance exam like

>>CDS

to join Indian defense sector.

Sorry to inform you that there in no possibility for a girl candidate to join NDA after class 12th because only boys can appear in this examination .

NDA means national defense academy and this examination are held twice every year by Union Public Service Commission i.e; UPSC .

For that you have to clear NDA that is National Defence Academy and if you qualify you are going to medical and there is also another option that is Technical entry if you have a good percentage in ACADEMIC mainly science stream then you can opt for technical entry. The NDA exam held by UPSC twice in a year. One another option is for science plus Biology background the exam is known as a AFMC armed force medical college and it is just after 12 class. All the best
