Hello.
It's a very wise decision you are making. After 12th you can join NCC available in your college itself. If your college does not have it you can contact nearby battalion headqurters to join it as an open cadet. you will be tested first before joining NCC, there will be a written exam based on general knowledge and basics of defence. your physical endurance will also be tested by interviews. after 12th you can go for both NCC certificate B and C. hope it would have helped.
