Dear friend vacancies does not always remains same it keepson continuously changing.

This time the seats available are 250.

It is very good that you have passed the written test of the IDBI.

but it is difficult to say how much they have required.
they always take fill the post according to their need,as for example in 2009 they needed 850 asst. manager.
so its vary in year wise or according to their need.

It is also right that,your placement is not depend on how much they need the asst. Manager.

They will recruit you as per your performance,not seeing the face.
How much you have knowledge on that field on which you will be recruited.

So,prepare properly for the Interview,be smart not over smart.
be punctual,be confident,not over confident,

Keep knowledge about theGeneral awareness,general aptitude ,current affairs,tax,accountancy,marketing etc...
