B.Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology The Eligibility Criteria for this B.tech course is differ from Institution to Institution . If your interested to apply for this B.tech course then yous should passed in 12th standard (or) equivalent examination in science stream from recognized University . Every Institution may require Minimum 60% percentage of marks in 12th board Examination . So, If you score more then 60% percentage of marks then you may get admission for B.tech in reputed Institution . You should also qualified in Engineering Entrance Examination , To get admission for B.tech course . The Entrance Examination like, AIEEE / IIT-JEE / BEE / BITSAT etc..There are so many Institution accept this Entrance Examination score card . The Entrance Examination pattern Consist of Physics / Chemistry and Mathematics . So, I suggest refer the 12th Standard books . Because most of question asked from 12th standard pattern .
