How much does the salary increase after probation period?


How the salary increases accordingly grade pay after probation period. Please define (5200-20200 grade pay-2400).

Salary increases or remain static only after year end appraisal process that happens around June /July every year and that's when there is a salary revision depending on your performance rating and the company's performance.
