What are the duties of Probationary and Apprentice Officers?


Duty includes service as probationer/apprentice provided such service is followed by. What is the actual duty of such officers?

Probationary Officers :
The responsibilities of Probationary officers are as follows,firstly probationary officers will have to take up the assignments given by managers.

So along with the training,probationary officers are deployed across the various departments of the bank.This is to gain exposure in operations and working of bank.

Probationary Officer must be willing to take up any work during the probation period in order to understand the process very effectively and to scale the greater heights and reach higher position.Normally the probationary period will be of for 2 years.This probation period is the learning phase.

Apprentice Officers :

The duties of the Apprentice officers are as follows,Apprentice Officer should know that what is involved in your Trade,and learn and apply your skills and serve to the employer’s productivity needs to the best of your quality.

Apprentice Officer must take control of training,ask questions and seek answers,and participate in and successfully complete the required on the job and technical training requirements.This Apprenticeship officer has to demonstrate a positive approach to the people,work and learning.
