How much marks is needed for geeting top 1000 rank in advance?

JEE stands for Joint Entrance Examination and it is an engineering entrance examination held by CBSE once every year for the selection of deserving students for their bachelor of engineering /technology courses from top government engineering colleges like IIT, III, NIT, ISM ,etc..

The same examination is conducted in two stages which are known as JEE Mains and JEE Advance. The overall rank or final rank in the JEE depends upon the performance in both.

The exact marks which you need to secure rank below 1000 can not be predicted as it varies every year. By on the basis of overall tends followed if you manage around 60% aggregate in JEE Mains and 40% in JEE Advance then you will probably reach your target.

We can not directly say that for this many marks, this rank will be received like that.

Because if the question paper is tough, people score very less. Though they score very less, their rank can be below 1000.

In some cases, the question papers is easy. Then so many students will get high marks. So, you must score well for better rank in that situation.

Forget about the marks. Focus on preparation.

If you write exam well, obliviously you will get a good rank.
