You score 160 marks it means your rank is under 40,000 in all india rank which is good. You may find many universities like Thapar university, Amity university, etc.
You can also eligible for counselling wait for it. you will surely get admission in college or university.

I would have guided you better if you have mentioned the state in which you are living and your caste.
now what only can do is tell you names of certain colleges where you can take admission(its if you belong to general category)

1.itm(gurgaon)
2.ymca(faridabad)
3.you can try punjab university.
4.guru nanak dev university(ludhiana)
5.chitkara
these colleges are located in haryana and punjab.
and you can get admission in many private colleges.You can try all except thappar and vit.

220-190 ->> 10000-20000
190-170 ->> 20000-30000
170-150 ->> 30000-50000
150-120 ->> 50000-100000
Below 120 ->> Above 100000

so you can see the your rank is between 30000-500000
according to this rank there are few colleges are there.

you can scored 160 in aieee,that means you can under central counsilling.their are various good colleges parcipate in cc.first of all you have to attend the cetral counsilling, you will get various options.best of luck.

with this marks you can get the NIT's,some private colleges and some of the top grade state level colleges........

With the score of 150 - 160, you can get a rank in between 30,000 - 40,000. this rank would not be sufficient for you to get into any of the NIT's or the IIIT's.

You can try for other colleges which fall under AIEEE or you can try for other
colleges and universities as well who have their own entrance examinations like
VIT, UPTECH, BITS.

Yes you can get in NITs as this year lots of NITs have come up and according to CCB the seats are increased exponentially this year. So keep your fingers crossed since you may get a good NIT.

according to this year,s cut off, your marks are very good. You will get admission in nit or iiit very easily. You can also try for thapar university & amity university.
