There is basically no percentage criteria to be eligible to pursue Company Secretary course as per the guidelines of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. If you have passed 10+2 examination from a recognized board, you will be considered eligible to pursue the course irrespective of the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination as well as the subject combination in the 10+2 standard or in Graduation.

So, if you have done graduation, you will be actually getting complete exemption from the first stage of the course known as Foundation Program and hence, you will be able to register directly for the second stage of the Company Secretary course called Executive Program which is followed by Professional Program and Management Training.
