Nice to see that you are showing interest to IAS Examination. IAS i.e Indian Administrative Service Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. This year exam notification not yet released.

There is no percentage bar required to apply for Graduate degree. Minimum Qualifying marks is enough to appear for IAS Examination. Any graduate can apply for IAS Examination. The graduate degree like B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, B.E, B.Tech, MBBS..etc. So you don't worry about the percentage bar you are definitely eligible to apply for IAS Examination.

IAS Eligibility :: You must have passed your three year bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Institute. You must not have less than 21 years and not more than 30 years as on 1st August year of examination. Final year of degree course may also eligible to apply. Relaxation is applicable for reserved categories. IAS Selection Process is based on the Preliminary Exam, Main Examination followed by Personal Interview.

There is no need of any percentage of marks in Graduation for IAS exam. Only a pass in Graduation is sufficient to apply for this along with other qualifications.

There is also no specific IAS examination. To become an IAS(Indian Administrative Service) officer one has to apply, appear and crack Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC every year.

Besides an aspiring candidate being a Graduate in any stream of education from a recognized University, must be an Indian National within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate. The final year candidate appearing for Graduation Degree exam is also eligible to apply for Civil Service Exam.

The selection of candidate is through two stages of written exam along with final selection through Personal Interview.
