First of all there isn't any college by the name of 'West Bengal College'. Secondly, to get admission in Civil Engineering for B. Tech for 3 years course through lateral entry, you will have to have a Diploma certificate in Civil Engineering. The normal B.Tech course is for 4 years and through Lateral entry its of 3 years.

my jelet-2013 rank is 1616,can i get submission at 2nd year civil engg.in Haldia institute of technology.

my rank is in general -1699 and in pc -20. which collages are switable for me in west bengal
