Salary depends basically on Job designation and type.
If you go into programming you may end up earning 10000 INr as fresher & then after 3-5 years of Exp. , upto 18-25000k INr max.
Actually if you get couple of handy certifications like CCNA,CCNP,RHCE,etc or MCSE,MCSD,SCJP, etc you can get 3-5000 hike than normal.

u do work only in one field and became a master and make different kinds of softwares...
with the help of this software like java, c++, visual basic, .net , routing etc
u became master in any field and give interview in mnc bpo.for IT it is best..........
