Re: How a Nepali student can apply in AIIMS?
How a Nepali MBBS graduate can apply for AIIMS/PGI/JIPMER MD/MS entrance exam in foreign nationality category?
Process of applying for a foreign nationality seat in india for md/ms is really tiring job. 1st get a police clearance report from kathmandu or search in nepal CID website (Chakrapatha or ratna park at police office if applying at kathmandu). You need to fill a form provided by the police personnel , attach citizenship photocopy & passport photo. They will provide a slip & will call you 2-3days later to get the certificate. 2nd: At Ministry of Education, keshar mahal, kathmandu apply for the NOC . It is recommended to reach there early morning due to big queue. You need to take photocopy(unattested is accepted if original certificate is carried ) of the certificate along with the print out of the exam notice released by the Institute conducting exam. They will verify the documents & will provide you the NOC on same day or by next day. In 2017 session charged applied was 2000/- NRS per NOC. If you are applying for more than 1 institute entrance exam, u need to take NOC accordingly i.e if applying for 2 institute 2 NOC will be needed. 3rd: After getting the NOC from Ministry of education, u need to submit the same original NOC at Ministry of Foreign Affairs(inside Singh Darbar, through South Gate), they will provide u another NOC in return on same day most probably. 4th: Now apply for the entrance exam online form according to the instructions in respective institute site. Once the form submission is completed, get copy printed & take 5 photocopy. 5th: Along with the printed form(applied online) with the attested photocopy of the certificates, original NOC(From Foreign Ministry) & Photocopy of the Police verfication certificate , u need to submit at embassy of India. They will verify & will accept the document. It is recommended that these processes are done within 1-2 weeks of the commencement of the form submission since it make take longer to reach those documents to respective institute. 6th: Now the same copy of documents which was submitted to Embassy , one copy all (NB: keep photocopy of the NOC) need to be send to the respective institute through courier. 7th : keep looking at the status of the form online in institute website & they will release admit card once everything is verified. All the best |

Nepali student can apply for neet pg and he can even get admission in government college for pg seat.
but you have to comply with indian embassy for that. every year indian embassy releases notice regarding md/ms admission in india. you also have to take entrance examination. Applications are invited from Nepali citizens/candidates for MBBS course under Self-Financing Scheme at AIIMS, New Delhi for which qualifying NEET is not necessary |
