presently i am a b.tech student(s7) in electronics and communication with an aggregate GPA of 6.03. i would like to prepare for the M.tech or MBA entrance exams. i don't know how to prepare for these exams.i did not apply for these exams yet. will u please reply me with some books apt for these tests? i would also like to prepare for the aptitude tests conducted by the companies for the placement.

first u should know basics from 4 th to tenth and u should know formulae very well
u should go on practicesing and time scence is important for that

i was selected in tcs recently.if u want to prepare for aptitude tests u just go through the books od R.S.AGARWAL APTITUDE BOOKS.if practise the all the exercises in that book u can solve any type of aptitude test

for practice aptitude,verbal and non verbal you can follow R S Agarwal (Verbal & Non verbal) book.it is very helpful.

otherwiae you can follow SBI P.O book.it is also helpful for all compititive examination.

its only abt the speed of solving. most of the question can be answered by common man but takes times so try to do as much as home work u can by solving the questions. while attending an aptitude exam if u are not able to identify the answers from the choices then we can go for substitution that is substitute the answers in to the question the n you will get the answer in a quick time.they will not bother about how you will get the answer they just check whether the answer is correct or not.
it is best to follow agrwal's aptitude question book or u can get the question from internet.

friend, u just need to solve R.S.Aggrawal's verbal and non verbal reasoning aptitude books. also u should download the previous question papers of company so u will be able to understand the pattern. time management is also crucial so themore u practise the less time u will take to solve.

For preparing MTECH & MBA, solve as many question papers possible to clear
it.

For Placements check out the previous company papers
from Freshersworld.com where you will get it and then prepare according
to the syllabus.

If you want to prepare in general refer Arun Sharma's books for quant and verbal, also RS agarwal is also a good book.

your aggregate should be a minimum of 65% for good companies but if its 70++ you will be eligible for most of the well renowned companies. Some times they also ask your SSLC and PUC aggregate. To clear aptitude test you have to improve your skills, so i suggest you to refer the following books:

You have to have a very good Communication skill as well as interpersonal skills.
Practice Aptitude questions. Have a practice of speaking english without any breaks. And on the Technical Side, have a deep knowledge of your Projects of Third Year & Final year.Apart from this , you are asked the fields you are interested in and then maybe questions from that can be asked.
