Re: How to prepare for aptitude tests conducted by companies for placements?
its only abt the speed of solving. most of the question can be answered by common man but takes times so try to do as much as home work u can by solving the questions. while attending an aptitude exam if u are not able to identify the answers from the choices then we can go for substitution that is substitute the answers in to the question the n you will get the answer in a quick time.they will not bother about how you will get the answer they just check whether the answer is correct or not.
it is best to follow agrwal's aptitude question book or u can get the question from internet. gud luck |

For preparing MTECH & MBA, solve as many question papers possible to clear it. For Placements check out the previous company papers from Freshersworld.com where you will get it and then prepare according to the syllabus. If you want to prepare in general refer Arun Sharma's books for quant and verbal, also RS agarwal is also a good book. All the best. |

Re: How to prepare for aptitude tests conducted by companies for placements?
Hello friend,
your aggregate should be a minimum of 65% for good companies but if its 70++ you will be eligible for most of the well renowned companies. Some times they also ask your SSLC and PUC aggregate. To clear aptitude test you have to improve your skills, so i suggest you to refer the following books: QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE BY R.S.AGGARWAL A MODERN APPROACH TO VERBAL AND NONVERBAL REASONING BY R.S.AGGARWAL TEST YOUR C SKILLS BY YASHAVANT KANETKAR WORD POWER MADE EASY BY NORMAN LEWIS MORE PUZZLES BY SHAKUNTALA DEVI. Re: How to prepare for aptitude tests conducted by companies for placements?
In recent days, aptitude test became a part of each and every competitive exam.
So candidates who are efficient in aptitude are getting through the competitive exams very easily. To be good in aptitude, what is required is enough practice. The more practice you have, the less time it will take to solve the aptitude questions. In addition, enough practice gives you accuracy in getting the answers. For aptitude, you can use R.S.Agarwal book which is a very good one for aptitude |
