I have done my garadution from b.com now I want to do civils plz guide me .how can I do it..

To apply for the government jobs you need to have a minimum of 60% at 10+2 level to be eligible for giving the clerical exam or to be eligible for the data entry jobs.

And for specialist post or bank po post its expected that the candidate will have a minimum of 55% in the graduation level and they must do their degree from a recognized university.
