The level of preparation should be good for the clerical section level exam as it involves different sections and you should focus in each subject area to score high marks in the exam. You should prepare by referring the previous year question papers and also some standards reference books. Some of the books which you can refer are – Quantitative Aptitude by R S Agrawal, Tandon, Jain publications, Reasoning by Arun Sharma, Arihant publications etc, English by Wren and martin, Oxford publications. Coaching is not compulsory for bank clerical exams but on the other hand it will help you to get specialized training in this area.
