generally in descriptive they asked qs on socio-econimic issues(topics povery, govt policies, agriculture it can from anywhere), letter writing, passage writing(they will give u a long passage and tell u to write the summary in 100 words), current topics(commonwealth games, organic farming etc.)

in clerical it is easy, read newspaper and pratiyogita darpan magazines.
