for GD:
one should not be aggressive and loud .you should give everyone a chance to speak and present their idea .its better if you say sorry sir or ma'am every time when you interrupt them.

for HR: be confident and one thing more do not show them what you are not i mean don't try to fool them .

First of all congrats for being selected in the ICICI bank po exam... Now preparing for GD and HR interview is very easy... I have attended some 4 to 5 companies GD and HR interview it all needs only one thing that is to be CONFIDENT....

GD process is mainly to check whether you are a team player, your communication skills and leadership... and HR interview is to check whether you will be k in all situations inside the bank... if you clear GD then for sure you will clear HR....

I have attached GD tips, and 2 books which teaches how to prepare for interview... check it over... am sure you will clear...
