SIR please guid me to how i can prepare for MA International relations at JNU.will you please give me an idea about syllabus

Dear if you are looking for MA International relations from JNU, then you should clear the entrance test first.
Although there is vast competetion for entrance test, but you can break if by thorough study.

Many entrance books and notes are avaliabe you, which will help you a lot.

As someone who has pursued the M.A. IR course from JNU (it is actually called - Masters in Politics with specialization in International Relations) I feel very flattered to see how so many people are eager to write this exam and pursue the same.

The entrance exam is very straightforward - you will have to attempt 5 questions out of 20 in three hours. Pretty basic stuff. The only tips I can give is , have a command over written language and form your answers well. Read the question properly, every year they introduce subtle changes in the questions which should affect the tone of your answer.

Reading the newspaper, and reading in general - especially literature, history and sociology, economics will help you in taking your answers to another level.

Preparation is very simple - a survey of past question papers (available on the JNU website - www.jnu.ac.in) will reveal that there are set questions that are asked.

Do not be afraid to include a variety of sources in your answers, as long as you are able to justify the use in your argument.
